TSI was founded by Ms. Peggy Ganse, the firm's lead designer and manager. She is a geological engineer with nearly 20 years of experience designing, managing, and performing geotechnical, transportation, and tunneling projects throughout North America. Ms. Ganse has established a national reputation of technical excellence and integrity through project work and participation in national professional committees. Ms. Ganse has extensive experience in both rock and soil tunneling for the transportation, water, and wastewater markets. She earned a B.A. in Managerial Economics in 1988, a B.S. in Geology in 1991, followed by a M.E. in Geological Engineering from Colorado School of Mines in 1993. She is professionally licensed as a geologist and an engineer in several states, with the capabilities of additional registration where needed. Full Resume
