Tunneling Solutions provides a full range of design and construction consulting services with an emphasis on client service, project scoping and management, and technical leadership in project design and implementation. Services are typically provided to private A/E/C firms working on behalf of a public owner. Particular engineering services provided include:

- evaluation of ground conditions and anticipated ground behavior;
- selection of tunnel and shaft excavation and support methods;
- preliminary and final tunnel design;
- design of mitigation to limit impacts to adjacent structures/facilities;
- design of geotechnical instrumentation programs;
- preparation of Geotechnical Baseline Reports;
- preparation of specifications and contract drawings;
- construction management and oversight;
- assistance with contractor bid preparation; and
- owner's representative during construction.
